Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Port Allegany Gators (Port Allegany, PA) and the visiting Clarion Area Bobcats (Clarion, PA), saw Port Allegany's basketball squad hold off Clarion Area by a count of 45-39.

With the victory, Port Allegany upgrades its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Coudersport (Coudersport, PA) to play the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 13.
