Texas High School Basketball - Springtown nips Tolar
November 7, 2020: Springtown, TX 76082 Springtown Porcupines (Springtown, TX) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Tolar Rattlers (Tolar, TX), 53-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Springtown upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Porcupines travel to Nocona (Nocona, TX) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 10. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Nocona lost 70-16 in their recent non-league bout against Midway (Henrietta, TX)
Next up, the Rattlers play the Breckenridge Buckaroos (Breckenridge, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 10. Tolar will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Buckaroos go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 60-58 non-league win over Clyde (Clyde, TX).
