Wisconsin High School Basketball - Eau Claire North tops Holmen
January 22, 2021: Eau Claire, WI 54703 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Eau Claire North Huskies (Eau Claire, WI) and the visiting Holmen Vikings (Holmen, WI), saw Eau Claire North's basketball squad knock off Holmen by a tally of 57-37.
With the victory, Eau Claire North improves its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to River Falls (River Falls, WI) to play the Wildcats in a Big Rivers challenge on Tuesday, January 26. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 3-9.
Next up, the Vikings play the Sparta Spartans (Sparta, WI) in a Mississippi Valley challenge, on Monday, January 25. Holmen will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 66-53 league loss to Aquinas (La Crosse, WI).
