The South Western Mustangs (Hanover, PA) lacrosse tipped the host Spring Grove Rockets (Spring Grove, PA), 9-8 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, South Western upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Mustangs host Eastern York (Wrightsville, PA) to battle the Golden Knights in a York Area 1 outing on Thursday, May 2. The Golden Knights go into the outing with a record of 7-7. Eastern York won 13-10 in their recent league outing against West York Area (York, PA)

With the defeat, Spring Grove drops to 7-9 on the season. The Rockets travel to New Oxford (New Oxford, PA) to battle the Colonials in a York Area 1 outing on Friday, May 3. The Colonials go into the outing with a record of 4-9. New Oxford lost 10-6 in their recent non-league outing against Northern York (Dillsburg, PA)
