Match Summary
In the first match of the season at home the Helias Lady Saders would face the Father Tolton Lady Trailblazers. Helias found themselves down 1 - 3 when they finally got the ball and then their first server would serve out the game with 24 straight serves. Which set a record for the most consecutive serves in one game that started at 0 - 0. Helias scored 24 points off serve and had only 3 errors for the game. In the 2nd game it would be a rollercoaster as each team battled back and forth with Father Tolton taking a lead of 20 - 17, then Helias would come back and the game was tied 21 - 21. The Lady Saders hung on to win a close game 25 - 22 and take match victory. In the 2nd game Helias scored 14 points off serve and had 10 errors while Father Tolton played much better on serve receive and on defense to keep themselves in the match. Helias would falter with more errors, but righted the ship in the end with better ball control to secure the Match win.
