With the triumph, Josey improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Academy of Richmond County (Augusta, GA) to battle the Musketeers in a non-league test on Friday, September 2. The Musketeers come into the test with a record of 0-1.

With the loss, Savannah drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Bluejackets host Academy of Richmond County (Augusta, GA) to battle the Musketeers in a non-league test on Friday, August 26. The Musketeers come into the test with a record of 0-1. Academy of Richmond County lost 23-20 in their recent non-league test against Veterans (Kathleen, GA)
