Indiana High School Softball - Mississinewa bounces Maconaquah
May 13, 2022: Bunker Hill, IN 46914 Mississinewa Indians (Gas City, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Maconaquah Braves (Bunker Hill, IN), 10-6 in a non-league challenge.
The Indians now own a 3-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Adams Central for a non-league challenge on Saturday, May 14. Mississinewa will face a Flying Jets squad coming off a 18-9 league win over South Adams (Berne, IN). The Flying Jets record now stands at 11-4.
With the loss, Maconaquah falls to 10-7 on the campaign. The Braves host Southwood (Wabash, IN) to face the Knights in a Three Rivers challenge on Monday, May 16. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 6-12. Southwood lost 10-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Oak Hill (Converse, IN)
