Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Thomas Jefferson fells Steel Valley
December 13, 2022: Jefferson Hills, PA 15025 Thomas Jefferson Jaguars (Jefferson Hills, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Steel Valley Ironmen (Munhall, PA), 68-56 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Thomas Jefferson upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Jaguars host Montour (McKees Rocks, PA) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league bout on Friday, December 16. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Montour won 57-56 in their recent non-league bout against Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA)
Next up, the Ironmen clash with the Seton LaSalle Rebels (Pittsburgh, PA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Steel Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 63-57 non-league loss to Chartiers Valley (Bridgeville, PA).
