January 30, 2023: Jacksonville, FL 32225 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Global Outreach Charter Academy Kodiaks (Jacksonville, FL) and the visiting River City Science Academy Rockets (Jacksonville, FL), saw Global Outreach Charter Academy's basketball squad hold off River City Science Academy by a tally of 66-59.
With the victory, Global Outreach Charter Academy improves its record to 13-7 on the campaign. The Kodiaks travel to Impact Christian Academy (Jacksonville, FL) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 14-8. Impact Christian Academy won 75-44 in their recent non-league challenge against North Florida Christian (Tallahassee, FL)
Next up, the Rockets confront the Fernandina Beach Pirates (Fernandina Beach, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 2. River City Science Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 9-12 record after their 69-50 non-league loss to Tocoi Creek (St. Augustine, FL).
