In Friday's non-league match, the host Flora Falcons football squad scored a good 40-21 victory over the Union County Yellowjackets.

In their next game, the Falcons clash with the Columbia Capitals (Columbia, SC) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 6. Flora will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Capitals enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 37-20 non-league loss to North Central (Kershaw, SC).

The Yellowjackets (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Gaffney (Gaffney, SC). The Indians enter the non-league match with a 1-0 record. In their last match, Gaffney thwarted Greenwood (Greenwood, SC), 41-6, in a non-league match.
