October 25, 2019: Frederick, MD 21701 The Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots football team (Frederick, MD), was tipped 2-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Catoctin Cougars (Thurmont, MD)
The Cougars (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Brunswick (Brunswick, MD). The Railroaders come into the Central Maryland challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Brunswick was tipped by Middletown (Middletown, MD), 51-12, in a league challenge.
The Patriots now sport a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Frederick for a Central Maryland challenge on Friday, November 1. Governor Thomas Johnson will meet a Cadets team coming off a 39-20 league loss to Urbana (Ijamsville, MD). The Cadets record now stands at 3-5.
