The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Palm Springs Indians (Palm Springs, CA) and the visiting St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA), observed Palm Springs's football squad defeat St. Anthony by a count of 35-14.

The Indians now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Tustin for a non-league contest on Friday, September 13. Palm Springs will encounter a Tillers squad coming off a 21-0 non-league win over Don Lugo (Chino, CA). The Tillers record now stands at 1-2.

Coming up next, the Saints encounter the Woodrow Wilson Bruins (Long Beach, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 13. St. Anthony will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
