North Carolina High School Basketball - North Pitt overwhelms Beddingfield
February 9, 2021: Wilson, NC 27893 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the North Pitt Panthers (Bethel, NC) and the host Beddingfield Bruins (Wilson, NC), saw North Pitt's basketball squad wallop Beddingfield by a count of 74-43.
With the victory, North Pitt upgrades its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Nash Central (Rocky Mount, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a Eastern Plains 2A challenge on Thursday, February 11. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Nash Central won 62-35 in their recent league challenge against Beddingfield (Wilson, NC)
Next up, the Bruins play the North Johnston Panthers (Kenly, NC) in a Eastern Plains 2A challenge, on Wednesday, February 10. Beddingfield will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 86-37 league loss to Farmville Central (Farmville, NC).
