The Tri-County North Panthers basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks to 52 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Middletown Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 6. Tri-County North will battle a Eagles team coming off a 69-54 league loss to Legacy Christian Academy (Xenia, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 2-9.

The Blackhawks (2-17) will now prepare for their contest against Houston (Houston, OH). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 0-20 record. In their last contest, Houston was nudged by Fort Loramie (Fort Loramie, OH), 65-22, in a league contest.
