In Friday's league outing, the Lawrence Central Bears (Indianapolis, IN) basketball squad nipped the visiting Pike Red Devils (Indianapolis, IN), by a margin of 69-64.

The Bears (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Ben Davis (Indianapolis, IN). The Giants go into the Metropolitan outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Ben Davis was tipped by Brownsburg (Brownsburg, IN), 61-45, in a non-league outing.
