Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Valdosta Wildcats (Valdosta, GA) and the host Fitzgerald Purple Hurricane (Fitzgerald, GA), saw Valdosta's basketball squad wallop Fitzgerald by a tally of 77-25.

With the victory, Valdosta improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Dougherty (Albany, GA) to confront the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Monday, December 28. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 2-2.
