February 9, 2021: Atlanta, GA 30327 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans (Norcross, GA) and the host Westminster Wildcats (Atlanta, GA), saw Greater Atlanta Christian's basketball squad overcome Westminster by a tally of 57-43.
With the victory, Greater Atlanta Christian improves its record to 13-10 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Douglass (Atlanta, GA) to confront the Astros in a AAA Region 5 challenge on Friday, February 12. The Astros come into the challenge with a record of 0-16. Douglass lost 73-42 in their recent league challenge against Carver (Atlanta, GA)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Redan Raiders (Stone Mountain, GA) in a AAA Region 5 challenge, on Friday, February 12. Westminster will attempt to improve on its 5-13 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 6-12 record after their 85-40 league loss to Sandy Creek (Tyrone, GA).
