Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Frankton Eagles (Frankton, IN) and the host Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN), saw Frankton's basketball squad hold off Tipton by a tally of 60-58.

With the victory, Frankton improves its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Madison-Grant (Fairmount, IN) to play the Argylls in a Central Indiana challenge on Saturday, January 15. The Argylls come into the challenge with a record of 11-6. Madison-Grant won 44-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Taylor (Kokomo, IN)

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Hamilton Heights Huskies (Arcadia, IN) in a Hoosier - East challenge, on Saturday, January 15. Tipton will attempt to improve on its 16-2 season record. The Huskies come into the challenge with a 14-4 record after their 42-29 league win over Western (Russiaville, IN).
