October 9, 2020: Riverton, WY 82501 The Riverton Wolverines football team (Riverton, WY), was beaten 45-31 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Lander Valley Tigers (Lander, WY)
The Tigers (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Rawlins (Rawlins, WY). The Outlaws come into the 3A East challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Rawlins was beaten by Douglas (Douglas, WY), 63-0, in a league challenge.
The Wolverines now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Worland for a 3A East challenge on Friday, October 16. Riverton will meet a Warriors team coming off a 27-23 league win over Buffalo (Buffalo, WY). The Warriors record now stands at 3-3.
