Washington High School Basketball - Rainier nips Tenino
November 29, 2018: Rainier, WA 98576 Rainier Mountaineers (Rainier, WA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Tenino Beavers (Tenino, WA), 39-37 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Rainier upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Mountaineers travel to Three Rivers Christian (Longview, WA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 1. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Three Rivers Christian lost 51-8 in their recent non-league bout against Evergreen Lutheran (Tacoma, WA)
Next up, the Beavers play the Aberdeen Bobcats (Aberdeen, WA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 5. Tenino will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
