Kansas High School Basketball - St. John ripped by Central Plains
February 7, 2020: St. John, KS 67576 The Central Plains Oilers basketball team scored 64 points and held the host St. John Tigers to 22 in the Oilers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Oilers now sport a 15-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Concordia for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 8. Central Plains will meet a Panthers team coming off a 57-36 non-league loss to Wamego (Wamego, KS). The Panthers record now stands at 2-11.
The Tigers (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Ness City (Ness City, KS). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 3-12 record. In their last contest, Ness City was trounced by LaCrosse (LaCrosse, KS), 45-38, in a non-league outing.
