Washington High School Basketball - Chimacum can't hold off Concrete
January 25, 2020: Concrete, WA 98237 The Concrete Lions basketball squad scored 37 points and limited the visiting Chimacum Cowboys to 35 in the Lions non-league win on Saturday.
The Lions (2-10) will now prepare for their outing against Friday Harbor (Friday Harbor, WA). The Wolverines go into the 1B/2B Northwest outing with a 6-8 record. In their last outing, Friday Harbor got by Darrington (Darrington, WA), 44-41, in a league outing.
The Cowboys now own a 1-12 record. They play next when they travel to Port Townsend for a 1A/2A Olympic contest on Monday, January 27. Chimacum will battle a Redhawks team coming off a 79-66 non-league loss to Coupeville (Coupeville, WA). The Redhawks record now stands at 3-11.
