In Friday's non-league outing, the Hanover Central Wildcats (Cedar Lake, IN) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Morgan Township Cherokees (Valparaiso, IN), by a count of 80-45.

The Wildcats (15-1) will now prepare for their outing against Calumet New Tech (Gary, IN). The Warriors go into the Greater South Shore outing with a 8-7 record. In their last outing, Calumet New Tech smashed River Forest (Hobart, IN), 55-33, in a league outing.
