Washington High School Basketball - Cashmere crushes Royal
January 23, 2020: Cashmere, WA 98815 Cashmere Bulldogs (Cashmere, WA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Royal Knights (Royal City, WA), 58-31 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cashmere upgrades its record to 11-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Chelan (Chelan, WA) to play the Mountain Goats in a 1A Caribou Trail bout on Friday, January 24. The Mountain Goats go into the bout with a record of 6-7. Chelan lost 64-58 in their recent league match against Omak (Omak, WA)
With the defeat, Royal moves to 6-8 on the year. The Knights travel to Warden (Warden, WA) to meet the Cougars in a 1A South Central - East match on Saturday, January 25. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 5-10. Warden won 92-77 in their recent league match against College Place (College Place, WA)
