Texas High School Basketball - Grapevine knocked off by Summer Creek
November 21, 2019: Houston, TX 77044 The Summer Creek Bulldogs basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Grapevine Mustangs to 61 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dickinson for a non-league contest on Friday, November 22. Summer Creek will battle a Gators team coming off a 83-46 non-league win over Judson (Converse, TX). The Gators record now stands at 2-1.
The Mustangs (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX). The Hurricanes enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Fort Bend Hightower ran past La Marque (La Marque, TX), 80-74, in a non-league contest.
