California High School Basketball - Grossmont holds off West Hills
January 24, 2020: Santee, CA 92071 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Grossmont Foothillers (El Cajon, CA) and the host West Hills Wolf Pack (Santee, CA), saw Grossmont's basketball squad hold off West Hills by a tally of 54-48.
With the victory, Grossmont improves its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Foothillers travel to Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA) to confront the Matadors in a Grossmont - Hills challenge on Tuesday, January 28. The Matadors come into the challenge with a record of 3-16. Mount Miguel won 70-44 in their recent non-league game against Crawford (San Diego, CA)
With the defeat, West Hills moves to 9-11 on the year. The Wolf pack travel to Valhalla (El Cajon, CA) to face the Norsemen in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 28. The Norsemen enter the game with a record of 11-11. Valhalla won 63-50 in their recent non-league game against Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA)
