Georgia High School Basketball - Redan thwarts Lakeside
November 12, 2019: Stone Mountain, GA 30088 The Redan Raiders (Stone Mountain, GA) basketball knocked off the visiting Lakeside Vikings (Atlanta, GA), 65-48 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Raiders (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Chamblee (Chamblee, GA). The Bulldogs go into the AAAAA Region 5 test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Chamblee went down by Druid Hills (Atlanta, GA), 63-32, in a league test.
The Vikings now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Towers for a non-league test on Friday, November 15. Lakeside will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 69-65 non-league loss to Mundy's Mill (Jonesboro, GA). The Titans record now stands at 0-1.
