The Bishop McNamara Mustangs basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host St. Mary's Ryken Knights to 51 in the Mustangs league victory on Thursday.

The Mustangs now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Annapolis Area Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, January 10. Bishop McNamara will battle a Eagles team coming off a 71-65 non-league loss to Pallotti (Laurel, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 1-6.

The Knights (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Paul VI (Fairfax, VA). The Panthers come into the Washington Catholic contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Paul VI prevailed over Gonzaga (Washington, DC), 62-54, in a league contest.
