January 7, 2020: Vermillion, SD 57069

The Vermillion Tanagers (Vermillion, SD) basketball crushed the visiting Tri-Valley Mustangs (Colton, SD), 71-48 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Tanagers (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Parkston (Parkston, SD). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Parkston was trounced by Hanson (Alexandria, SD), 60-55, in a non-league test.

The Mustangs now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Mt. Vernon/Plankinton for a non-league test on Thursday, January 9. Tri-Valley will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 44-43 non-league loss to Lennox (Lennox, SD). The Titans record now stands at 2-5.
