Colorado High School Basketball - Columbine knocked off by Chaparral
January 8, 2019: Parker, CO 80134 The Chaparral Wolverines basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Columbine Rebels to 55 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wolverines now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Douglas County for a 5A/4A Continental contest on Friday, January 11. Chaparral will battle a Huskies team coming off a 66-52 non-league loss to Columbine (Littleton, CO). The Huskies record now stands at 8-5.
The Rebels (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Douglas County (Castle Rock, CO). The Huskies enter the non-league contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Douglas County ran past George Washington (Denver, CO), 69-57, in a non-league contest.
