New York High School Basketball - Niagara-Wheatfield thwarts Kenmore East

The Niagara-Wheatfield Falcons (Sanborn, NY) basketball knocked off the host Kenmore East Bulldogs (Tonawanda, NY), 45-26 in Thursday's league test.
The Falcons (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Grand Island (Grand Island, NY). The Vikings go into the Section 6 Niagara - Frontier test with a 6-2 record. In their last test, Grand Island notched a victory over North Tonawanda (North Tonawanda, NY), 67-29, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 2-9 record. They play next when they travel to Niagara Falls for a Section 6 Niagara - Frontier test on Tuesday, January 14. Kenmore East will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 52-41 league loss to Charter School for Applied Tech (Buffalo, NY). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-7.
