With the victory, Valley improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA) to confront the Lynx in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 4. The Lynx come into the challenge with a record of 6-4.

Next up, the Wolves confront the Johnston Dragons (Johnston, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 13. Northwest will attempt to improve on its 10-1 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 63-50 non-league win over Ankeny (Ankeny, IA).
