With the victory, East Hamilton improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Hurricanes travel to Signal Mountain (Signal Mountain, TN) to confront the Eagles in a 3A District 6 challenge on Friday, January 13. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 10-3.

Next up, the Pounders confront the Brainerd Panthers (Chattanooga, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Chattanooga Central will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 48-18 league loss to Marion County (Jasper, TN).
