Minnesota High School Basketball - North Community succumbs to DeLaSalle

The DeLaSalle Islanders defeated the visiting North Community Polars basketball squad by a final score of 87-73 in Friday's non-league outing.
Next, the Islanders clash with the Columbia Heights Hylanders (Columbia Heights, MN) in a AAA Section 4 outing, on Tuesday, January 14. DeLaSalle will attempt to upgrade on its 10-1 season record. The Hylanders come into the outing with a 2-11 record after their 72-68 non-league loss to Park (Cottage Grove, MN).
The Polars (5-5) will now prepare for their outing against Washburn (Minneapolis, MN). The Millers come into the non-league outing with a 7-6 record. In their last outing, Washburn went down by Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN), 80-72, in a non-league outing.
