The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Cicero-North Syracuse Northstars (Cicero, NY) and the visiting Henninger Black Knights (Syracuse, NY), observed Cicero-North Syracuse's basketball team overcome Henninger by a score of 49-33.

The Northstars (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Baldwinsville (Baldwinsville, NY). The Bees come into the Section 3 Salt City - Metro challenge with a 3-3 record.

In their next game, the Black Knights battle the Nottingham Bulldogs (Syracuse, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Henninger will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record.
