The Longhorns now have a 16-10 record. They play next when they host Baird for a 1A Region II District 13 game on Tuesday, January 14. Gordon will confront a Bears team coming off a 65-35 league loss to Strawn (Strawn, TX). The Bears record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, Strawn falls to 12-8 on the campaign. The Greyhounds host Abilene Christian (Abilene, TX) to confront the Panthers in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 4-6. Abilene Christian won 35-11 in their recent non-league game against Winters (Winters, TX)
