The North Henderson Knights (Hendersonville, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Chase Trojans (Forest City, NC), 44-9 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Knights (2-11) will now prepare for their test against Pisgah (Canton, NC). The Bears go into the test with a 12-0 record. In their last test, Pisgah walloped Robbinsville (Robbinsville, NC), 50-11, in a non-league test.

The Trojans now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Patton for a non-league test on Friday, January 13. Chase will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 13-12 non-league loss to Brevard (Brevard, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 0-6.
