Beaver Beavers (Beaver, UT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting South Sevier Rams (Monroe, UT), 41-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Beaver upgrades its record to 13-2 on the season. The Beavers host Enterprise (Enterprise, UT) to clash with the Wolves in a 2A Region 18 bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 7-9. Enterprise won 59-39 in their recent league bout against Millard (Fillmore, UT)

Next up, the Rams clash with the Parowan Rams (Parowan, UT) in a 2A Region 18 bout, on Tuesday, January 16. South Sevier will attempt to upgrade on its 12-2 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 1-13 record after their 65-45 non-league loss to North Sevier (Salina, UT).
