New Jersey High School Basketball - Science Park trounces Shabazz

The Science Park Chargers (Newark, NJ) basketball crushed the visiting Shabazz Bulldogs (Newark, NJ), 65-37 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Chargers (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Kecoughtan (Hampton, VA). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 9-2 record. In their last test, Kecoughtan walloped Woodside (Newport News, VA), 69-60, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Barringer for a Super Essex - Colonial test on Tuesday, January 17. Shabazz will encounter a Blue Bears squad coming off a 65-63 non-league loss to West Caldwell Tech (West Caldwell, NJ). The Blue Bears record now stands at 3-8.
