With the win, Southlands Christian upgrades its record to 5-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Anaheim Discovery Christian (Anaheim, CA) to clash with the Magi in a Express bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Magi go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Anaheim Discovery Christian won 54-44 in their recent non-league bout against Century (Santa Ana, CA)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Bethel Christian Kings (Riverside, CA) in a Majestic bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Calvary Baptist will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Kings go into the bout with a 14-3 record after their 77-17 league win over Packinghouse Christian Academy (Redlands, CA).
