California High School Basketball - Branham thwarts Lynbrook

The Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) basketball knocked off the host Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA), 45-29 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bruins (13-1) will now prepare for their test against Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA). The Bulldogs go into the Blossom Valley - Mt. Hamilton test with a 6-6 record. In their last test, Ann Sobrato went down by Evergreen Valley (San Jose, CA), 61-41, in a league test.
The Vikings now own a 12-4 record. They play next when they host Monta Vista for a Santa Clara Valley - De Anza test on Wednesday, January 17. Lynbrook will encounter a Matadors squad coming off a 65-55 non-league loss to Evergreen Valley (San Jose, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 11-2.
