The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Schuylkill Valley Panthers (Leesport, PA) and the visiting Antietam Mountaineers (Reading, PA), observed Schuylkill Valley's basketball team knock off Antietam by a score of 77-65.

The Panthers (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Tulpehocken (Bernville, PA). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 0-9 record. In their last challenge, Tulpehocken was knocked off by Wyomissing (Wyomissing, PA), 80-43, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mountaineers encounter the Hamburg Hawks (Hamburg, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 17. Antietam will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 62-58 league win over Kutztown (Kutztown, PA).
