The Colbert County Indians were victorious over the visiting Clements Colts basketball squad by a final score of 54-42 in Tuesday's league outing.
Next, the Indians clash with the Lauderdale County Tigers (Rogersville, AL) in a 3A Area 16 outing, on Thursday, January 16. Colbert County will attempt to upgrade on its 9-9 season record. The Tigers enter the outing with a 16-1 record after their 77-29 league win over Rogers (Florence, AL).
The Colts (10-12) will now prepare for their outing against Elkmont (Elkmont, AL). The Red Devils enter the non-league outing with a 7-16 record. In their last outing, Elkmont ran past Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering (Huntsville, AL), 79-7, in a league outing.
