The Gaels (15-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV). The Rattlers come into the 5A Southern challenge with a 12-6 record. In their last challenge, Mojave prevailed over Foothill (Henderson, NV), 81-42, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Trailblazers encounter the Liberty Patriots (Henderson, NV) in a 5A Southern challenge, on Friday, January 17. Durango will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 90-50 league win over Spring Valley (Las Vegas, NV).
