The Lake Forest Scouts basketball team scored 39 points and limited the visiting Libertyville Wildcats to 33 in the Scouts league triumph on Wednesday.

The Scouts now possess a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Mundelein for a North Suburban game on Friday, January 17. Lake Forest will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 56-48 league loss to Waukegan (Waukegan, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-11.

With the loss, Libertyville falls to 10-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Grayslake Central (Grayslake, IL) to confront the Rams in a non-league game on Friday, January 17. The Rams go into the game with a record of 11-5. Grayslake Central won 65-49 in their recent league game against Wauconda (Wauconda, IL)
