California High School Basketball - Archbishop Mitty trounces Bishop O'Dowd

The Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) basketball crushed the host Bishop O'Dowd Dragons (Oakland, CA), 61-31 in Monday's non-league test.
The Monarchs (14-2) will now prepare for their test against Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ). The Monsoon go into the non-league test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Valley Vista walloped Cesar Chavez (Laveen, AZ), 55-21, in a league test.
The Dragons now own a 10-5 record. They play next when they host Piedmont for a West Alameda County - Foothill test on Wednesday, January 18. Bishop O'Dowd will encounter a Highlanders squad coming off a 69-63 non-league win over Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA). The Highlanders record now stands at 15-0.
