The Polk County West [Climax/Fisher] Knights basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Warren-Alvarado-Oslo Ponies to 68 in the Knights league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bagley for a A Section 8 contest on Thursday, January 18. Polk County West [Climax/Fisher] will battle a Flyers team coming off a 70-45 league loss to Fosston (Fosston, MN). The Flyers record now stands at 4-9.

The Ponies (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against East Grand Forks (East Grand Forks, MN). The Green Wave enter the non-league match with a 13-3 record. In their last match, East Grand Forks tipped Roseau (Roseau, MN), 91-72, in a league match.
