Montana High School Basketball - Columbus knocked off by Sweet Grass County

The Sweet Grass County Sheepherders basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Columbus Cougars to 49 in the Sheepherders non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Sheepherders now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Broadwater for a B District 5 contest on Thursday, January 19. Sweet Grass County will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 63-37 league loss to Jefferson (Boulder, MT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-9.
The Cougars (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Laurel (Laurel, MT). The Locomotives enter the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Laurel ran past Hardin (Hardin, MT), 62-46, in a league contest.
