Northern Highlands Highlanders (Allendale, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Paramus Spartans (Paramus, NJ), 38-12 in a league bout.

With the win, Northern Highlands upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Highlanders host Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 19. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 11-0. Wayne Hills won 41-32 in their recent non-league bout against Wayne Valley (Wayne, NJ)

Next up, the Spartans clash with the West Milford Highlanders (West Milford, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 30. Paramus will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record.
