The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Pearl Pirates (Pearl, MS) and the visiting Terry Bulldogs (Terry, MS), saw Pearl's soccer squad knock off Terry by a count of 3-0.

The Pirates now hold a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to St. Andrew's Episcopal for a non-league test on Thursday, January 19. Pearl will meet a Saints squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Germantown (Madison, MS). The Saints record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Terry drops to 6-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Northwest Rankin (Brandon, MS) to meet the Cougars in a 6A Region 5 test on Thursday, January 19. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 16-1. Northwest Rankin won 8-0 in their recent league test against Warren Central (Vicksburg, MS)
